Il est faut de dire que le future en anglais, se construit uniquement avec "will" Il se construit le plus souvant avec le présent progressif

• Forte probablité(quelque chose de sûr):

Ce weekend,    je regarde le match		En français, Présent est utilisé pour une action future
This weekend,  i am watching the match		Présent progressif

Tres souvant Présent progressif (to be + verbe + ing) pour une action sûre dans le future

• Doutes:

Maybe, my father will arrive on the 16th of May.
Peut-etre, mon père arrivera le 16 mai.

• Je vais...

Ce soir, je vais regarder le match.
Tonight, I'm going to watch the match.
Tonight, I'm gonna watch the match. (contraction)
